The Ramadan menu is here!

During the holy month of Ramadan, we will be serving an exclusive Ramadan menu consisting of four new desserts, the knefeh crepe, sticky toffee pudding date cream puff, pistachio Alaskan waffle, and the rose and berry vanilla pancakes. We will also be offering three novel drinks the dipndip sahlab with a twist, orange mint amar el deen float, and the orange amar el deen ice cream smoothie.

The two great tasting desserts, crepe and knefeh, come together to create the knefeh crepe. Enjoy the fusion of flavors of the sweet cheese along with the knefeh, pistachio, rose petal jam and orange blossom syrup to top it all off!

The cream puff stuffed with sticky toffee pudding cannot be missed! It even has salted caramel, candied almonds, date cubes, and cardamom whipped ganache to make this dessert a pure indulgence.

Due to the great success of the Alaskan waffle, we decided to add a new great flavor to it, pistachios.  The pistachio Alaskan waffle is topped with toasted meringue, pistachio ganache, and candied pistachios. This delectable waffle is then topped with your own choice of chocolate and ice cream.

We know you cannot resist our fluffy soft pancakes, so we created the rose and berry vanilla pancakes. This mouth-watering dessert is layered with strawberry and rose petal jam, rose whipped ganache and our signature vanilla biscuit crunch. To make this dessert a true masterpiece it is topped with strawberries, raspberries and blackberries, ghazl el banet and pistachios. The best part is that you get to pour your choice of chocolate all over it.

We know how important it is to refresh yourself after a day of fasting so we created a refreshing float, the orange mint amar el deen float. It is an exquisite mix of orange, mint, grenadine, and amar el deen

If you really want to cool down after the heat, the orange amar el deen ice cream smoothie is a great drink to cool you down. The smoothie is a combination of vanilla ice cream, mango, orange juice, passion fruit, honey and amar el deen. It is finished with our great tasting vanilla bean whipped cream.   

We made our own twist on the traditional sahlab, adding new flavors to the delightful drink. Amarena cherries, vanilla bean whipped cream, cinnamon, candied almonds and coconut flakes are fused together to make a modern sahlab drink.

We know that a great start to your mornings begin with coffee, so we got you covered. We created the delectable dipndip speculoos latte, a mix of espresso, milk, and caramelized biscuit crunch.   

The dipndip speculoos pancakes can brighten up your day.  A luscious stack of five pancakes layered with speculoos spread, sprinkled with our signature vanilla biscuit crunch, topped with pieces of bananas and strawberries, chocolate shavings, and your choice of ice cream served with speculoos spread.

This will be the first of many cafes to open, as we plan to open the next café on November 20th in Mega Park, and one beginning of next year in Mega Silkway, Astana.

We have also created a mouthwatering treat, the frozen Alaskan waffle. It’s our signature waffle drizzled in chocolate caramel cream, topped with toasted meringue, crispy chocolate chunks, vanilla ice cream and served with your choice of chocolate.

If you are a chocolate lover, then you need to dip into our chocolate mousse crepe. It is the exquisite experience of having chocolate, strawberries, and more chocolate.

Another of our new favorite dishes is the cherry cheesecake waffle. Cream cheese, cherries, pistachios and chocolate; we don’t know who could refuse such a great combination.

An exquisite delight is the brownies n mouse verrine, which is layered with brownies, chocolate mousse, and white chocolate whipped cream ganache.

The crunchy triple chocolate crepe is the ultimate dessert if you feel like indulging. The famous dipndip triple chocolate crepe is served with all three of our signature chocolate flavors, chocolate coated biscuit crunch, with your choice of ice cream.

We have created the perfect two drinks to go with our new dessert creations. First, the vanilla caramel frozen hot chocolate. Watch what happens when you pour in the chocolate. We won’t ruin the surprise.

Lastly, but definitely not the least, the vanilla bean hot white chocolate. I think the name says it all.

These items are exclusive to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia but will be spreading to other countries across the Middle East soon so please stay tuned. We hope you enjoy them!

dipndip opens its first cafe in Bahrain!

We have opened our first café in Bahrain. The café is located in Al Aali Mall with a second café opening in The Walk.
