After the August 4th explosion,  we took the opportunity to build a brand new innovation kitchen on our rooftop. This will help us to keep creating new items and to stay ahead of the trend. 

To cater to guests who would like to take our chocolate goodies and share with their friends at their homes, office or university we created a line of retail goodies using our top selling items. The dipped goodies box can be taken as a gift and will be filled at the café.

Starbuck’s Frappuccino was the number one ready-to-drink item in the year 2020. Therefore, we wanted to tap into this market and created a wide range of caffeinated and non-caffeinated frappe options that our guests can enjoy. 

Brookies are a fun combination of two classic desserts in one. It’s a dessert made with layers of cookie and brownie batter.  This line is the perfect mix for people who enjoy both brownies and cookies. We decided to take this trendy item and make several editions using the top-selling cookie and chocolate brands.

We created a new line of savory items to drive footfall to our cafes during nonpeak hours. Also, we have made an alternative offering for groups of people who would like to enjoy sweet and savory in the same setting.
